Textbook Returns
Textbooks may be returned within 7 days of purchase provided that:
The textbook is in its original condition.
The textbook has not been written in, marked, highlighted or damaged.
The textbook is accompanied by proof of purchase.
Any shrink-wrap or protective packaging remains intact where applicable.
Please note that prescribed textbooks ordered specifically for a customer may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective or supplied incorrectly.

Unused stationery and related products may be returned within 7 days of purchase provided that:
The product is unused and in resalable condition.
Original packaging is intact.
Proof of purchase is provided.
